Trish's aim is to cultivate a therapeutic environment that reflects shared values of creating authentic relationships with clients using an evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive approach. Trish is available for telehealth or face to face appointments in Ringwood Victoria.

Our mission is to make MHFA Accredited Training and well-being information more accessible, easy to understand and to help create a knowledge base that assists people to grow. Our training programs are evidence-based, interactive and can be tailored to your individual needs. Our training and workshops can be delivered face-2-face, via eLearning, online or a mixture of these.
